Meanwhile, Detroit Escapes Extinction?

Bush says he'll give the "Big 3" automakers $13 billion now to help them avoid bankruptcy. Is this a good move? And is this really "help" from Bush? I hope so. We can't afford any more dirty tricks harming our economy.
