GOP Still in Blago-Rezko-Ayers Fantasyland

Even though President-Elect Obama had nothing to do with IL Gov. Blagojevich's "pay to play" scandals, that isn't stopping the Republican Party from insinuating that he was involved. Are they that desperate? They really have nothing else to say?

I guess not. And if this is a sign of what's to come in 2010 & 2012, then Democrats are in good shape for the next coming elections.

Sarah the Socialist

So who's been putting "spread the wealth around" into practice as Governor of a rural, oil-rich state? Barack Obama? Nope. Try Sarah Palin!

Ah, the putrid stench of Republican hypocrisy!

Liar, McLiar

Oh, no! McLiar doesn't like it when someone dares to call him out on his lies. Don't the media know that they're "the base" and they're supposed to love McLiar?

More McLies from the McLiar

McLiar says he'll "reform Wall Street", but he doesn't say how he'll do it. Maybe that's because he doesn't want us to remember how he supported all those deregulation bills that got us into this mess.

Is there anything he won't lie about?

Liar, Liar, Blackberry on Fire!

Is this for real? Seriously, is this for real?

"He did this," Douglas Holtz-Eakin told reporters this morning, holding up his BlackBerry. "Telecommunications of the United States is a premier innovation in the past 15 years, comes right through the Commerce committee so you're looking at the miracle John McCain helped create and that's what he did."

Uh-huh... And I'm a world-class runner because I own a really awesome pair of tennis shoes! Hey, that makes as much sense as John McCain claiming credit for a product created by the CANADIAN company Reseach in Motion! Wow, is there anything McCain WON'T lie about?!

Et Tu, Mittens?

Yes, it's for real. Even Mitt Romney is now calling McCain out on his lies. In many ways it smacks as poetic justice, as McCain launched some ugly smears of Romney during the GOP primary. I guess with more and more Republicans like KKKarl Rove, Rush Limbaugh, and now Mitt Romney willing to admit McCain has a "truthiness" problem, is there anyone left who actually believes what McCain says?

The Wannabe American Idols

Roger Ebert has written a new critique on the two aspiring celebrities hoping to become stars in a different way. They're willing to lie, cheat, and steal to make it to the top. And the worst part? They have no talent.
