Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)?

NBC News now says that NY Gov. Paterson will appoint Rep. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) to fill Hillary Clinton's vacated US Senate seat. But hold on, is this a done deal? Maybe, maybe not. I guess we'll find out tomorrow, but at least we may have an idea who the "frontrunner" is "post Caroline Kennedy".
