Take a look at their focus group results. They surveyed a group of all undecided, most leaning McCain, voters in Denver, Colorado. They watched the debate last night, and here are the results:

Obama 50%
McCain 24%
Tie 26%
Who has your vote now?
Obama 42%
McCain 20%
Still Undecided 38%
Whoa! If this turns out to be true, then we're in good shape out West. The "morning after media consensus" looks to be that Obama won last night, so he and Biden are 4-0 with the debates & nothing happened to undo the momentum on our side. Let's just keep up the good work & I know we can wrap this up & win! :-)

More States of the Race

Democracy Corps of Ohio:
Obama (D) 49%
McCain (R) 43%
Public Policy Polling of North Carolina:
Obama (D) 50%
McCain (R) 44%
The bad news: Can't find any here!
The good news: Obama +6 in BOTH Ohio AND North Carolina?! Whoa! We have more polls confirming an Obama lead in both crucial swing states. Obama continues to expand his electoral vote lead as he offers real solutions on the economic crisis while McCain rummages through the bottom of the barrel to toss everything INCLUDING the kitchen sink at Obama.
Conclusion: Barack Obama is now not only pulling away in the national polls, but with the electoral map as well! Obama now stands a good chance of winning in an electoral landslide. We just need to keep up the good work, and the Obama campaign needs to stay on the offense and keep offering real solutions on the economy... And we'll win BIG!! :-)

Democracy Corps Sez: Obama's Back!
Today, we have ourselves a new Democracy Corps poll! And oh my, let's look at their new numbers.
National:
Obama (D) 49%
McCain (R) 45%
Battleground States:
Obama (D) 50%
McCain (R) 44%
Congress National:
Democrats 51%
Republicans 43%
Congress Battleground:
Democrats 51%
Republicans 45%
At first, this may not look great. But then, remember that McCain was up slightly in their last poll! Oh yes, and look at the Congressional numbers. Democrats stand to not just elect Obama this fall, but also expand our majority in Congress.
Mainly, the economy is driving voters' concerns. And since Obama leads on economic issues, Obama has taken the lead. It seems that as long as voters vote their pocketbooks, Democrats win.
