Obama over McCain in Florida

Public Policy Polling released data today that put Florida in blue territory:

Obama 49
McCain 46

Naturally, the economy is on everyone's mind this yesterday, and I am willing to bet there are a lot of distraught retirees in the Sunshine State this afternoon:

64% of poll respondents named the economy as their top issue, and within that group Obama holds a 55-40 lead.

Moreover, PPP continues to believe that Sarah Palin has become a drag on the Republican ticket:
