John McCain is losing it

Talking Points Memo reports that John McCain really is losing it. He frequently uses the phrase, "my fellow citizens," in his speeches, but today, without skipping a beat, he referred to, "my fellow prisoners."

Across this country, this is the agenda I have set before my fellow prisoners and the same standards of clarity and candor must now be applied to my opponent.
